Production efficiency Swerea/IVF

On Monday, June 10, a professor from Swerea/IVF visited Mora Tool for a first meeting. During the autumn, work will be done on how the workflow works and what improvements can be made by having a well-thought-out flow through the factory.

By positioning machines correctly and looking at how incoming materials move through the factory to finally leave the factory fully processed, we can avoid unnecessary time wastage. We hope this will result in shorter lead times and faster deliveries to our customers.
